一、基本功能与要求 本轮椅车摆锤冲击试验机旨在评估轮椅车承受冲击的能力，通过模拟用户坐入时对靠背的撞击以及遇到障碍物时对手圈、小脚轮和脚托的冲击。
二、设备功能指标要求
测试参数：本装置需符合行业标准ISO7176、GB/T 18029.8-2008和GB/T 12996-2012，以确保其用于进行安全性测试。
采用手动操作，并配备电动丝杆调节高度，可适应不同位置的撞击需求，角度设定灵活便捷。
冲击角度：10-60度可调，精确至1度；
冲击高度：100-2000MM可调；
冲击方式：采用自由摆锤撞擊模式；
配备三种类型的测试锤：
靠背冲击锤符合GB/T18029.8-2008标准，有着总质量25kg±0.5kg，内填高密度闭孔发泡材料及φ（3.5±1）mm孔径，圆度控制在±20mm范围内。
手轮圈冲激测试锤同样满足GB/T18029.8-2008标准，其总质量为10kg±0.2kg且转轴可旋转90°。
小脚轮和脚托冲激测试锤则有总质量10kg±0,25kg，从转轴中心到撞擊中心距离约为1000mm±2mm，其形状与质量分配均遵循了GB/T 18029.8-2008中第五点七号规定。
7、为了保证试验过程中的安全，本设备还搭载了防后倾倒装置以防止失去平衡并导致事故发生。
